In a matter of weeks, we can create a new home design with exactly what you are looking for.  From our first meeting with a customer, we complete construction of a home in as little as 8 months, although it’s usually around 10 months.

One of our specialties is designing homes for diverse communities. We have built many homes with spice kitchens (a.k.a. dirty kitchens), pooja or prayer rooms, and homes for multigenerational families with separate spaces for parents/grandparents.

We also build homes for empty nesters looking to downsize. These homes include high quality details while accommodating a simpler lifestyle. With a lower-maintenance layout and upscale finishes, we ensure that every home reflects the owner’s desires and lifestyle needs.

For our pets, practical amenities in our homes often include a laundry room with a dog wash and kennels. Outside, we often build summer kitchens and spacious covered patios. We can add misting systems (for decreasing bugs and to cool the air) so homeowners can enjoy the outdoors even more.

We include energy efficient features in our homes including foam insulation in the attic. This feature alone helps significantly lower energy bills versus homes with traditional attic insulation. We also include tankless water heaters that eliminate the need for large water tanks in attics. Our homes have LoE3 windows, which block 97% of the sun’s UV rays.

Our homes also include important features like Uponor PEX water lines and Shear walls. Both of these features are important when bad weather hits Houston.
