16th Street offers an easy buyout process for your old home. Most of the properties we purchase are priced near lot value, as we don’t wish to keep the existing structure(s). Within 3 business days, we will give you a price that we will pay for your home.
There is no need to hire a realtor, as we are a real estate broker. We will guide you through the sales process, including title paperwork, surveys and closing. In as little as 30 days, you can have a check for your home. In fact, if you need the funds from closing before you move, we can offer no cost leasebacks to allow you to stay in you home for up to 60 days after closing!*
