Custom Homes on 100-Foot Homesites

Sienna offers several types of neighborhoods, but The Estates at Summerhouse Lake stands alone. This particular section features 100-foot-wide homesites, the largest available in Sienna. Select lots offer views of Summerhouse Lake, with a 40-acre wildlife habitat planned nearby. Jamestown Estate Homes builds custom homes in this section for buyers who want more say in the design of their home, from the floor plan to the details that make it work for their household.

Life in Sienna

Located in Missouri City, Sienna is a master-planned community with parks, trails, lakes, pools, golf, and recreation throughout the neighborhood. There are plenty of ways to spend time outdoors or close to home, while shopping, dining, and other everyday conveniences are available in the surrounding Missouri City and Sugar Land area.

Building with Jamestown Estate Homes

A custom home should start with how you want to live in it. Rather than choosing a finished plan and making a few adjustments, you can work with Jamestown to determine the layout, spaces, and features that make sense for you. Our team will help guide the process from the initial design through construction. If you are considering a home in Sienna, visit the Jamestown Estate Homes model at 11006 Stonegate Ct. You can walk through the home, talk with our team about building in The Estates at Summerhouse Lake, and learn more about purchasing lots or building on one of our sites.
