Jamestown’s plan inspiration page can be the starting point for designing your new home. While we design homes from scratch every day, some of our customers find it easier to start from an existing plan from our library. Also, sometimes customers will take elements from a few of our home plans to start their new design. For example you may like the primary suite in one home, and the upstairs layout in another.
