Starting your journey with Jamestown Estate Homes is simple! To help you navigate the process, we’ve outlined five key steps that guide you from initial ideas to starting construction of your dream custom home. Here’s how to we start creating a home that’s uniquely yours.

5 Steps to Get Started with Jamestown Estate Homes

    Initial Meeting

    • Discuss your vision for the home and your budget
    • Get pre-approved with a lender
    • Receive a free floor plan design and elevation sketch*

    Review Preliminary Plans

    • Review floor plans and how the plan fits on your lot

    Plan Revisions & Deposit

    • Revise preliminary plans including elevation idea**
    • Put down a deposit to secure the project

    Agreement

    • Finalize and sign the agreement
    • Confirm timelines, 

  • 5

    Pre-Construction Meeting and Interior Design

    • Schedule pre-construction meeting
    • Schedule Design Center appointment

Then we can start the construction of your new home! Construction will take roughly 6 months from the time we pour the foundation to completion, depending on area and details of your home.

Once the home nearing completion, we’ll have two buyer walks, and then you get to move into your new home!  While living in your Jamestown Estate Home, you will enjoy the convenience and peace of mind of our concierge-level customer service.
