Jamestown Estate Homes is excited to announce that we’ve purchased two new lots in Piney Point Village! Our first lot purchased as a company was in this village, and our president Greg Hawes is also a resident. Our two lots are both on Surrey Oaks Ln, and they’re quite unique in that they’re both right around 9,000 square feet; while, most lots in Piney Point are around 40,000 square feet (or larger). We think these lots will allow clients to enjoy the exclusive Memorial Village life without quite the lawn care (or tax bill) as on the larger lots. We intend to start a spec home on one of the lots in the Spring, and we’ll reserve the other for design-build opportunities. Keep checking back for more details!
