Jamestown will start building new homes in Deer Lake Estates, a luxury home enclave within Grand Central Park. Homesites measuring 75′ to 80′ wide, and 130′ to 150′ deep will allow for spacious homes and huge backyards. Homes will start at 3,400 square feet, with no maximum footage restriction.

Jamestown is excited to join the esteemed lineup of Grand Central Park builders, with a to-be-built model home at 508 Whitetail Run. We expect to start construction in Deer Lake Estates in May.
